• Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 minutes after the withdrawal request is submitted. If there are any problems with your withdrawal request, we will review your request and complete the withdrawal process.
  
  
• To request a withdrawal, please login to the Client Area and select "Withdrawal".

• Funds may only be returned to a bank account in the same name (or joint name) as the FIXIO trading account due to the Third Party Funds Trading Rules.
  
  
• FIXIO does not charge internal fees for deposits and withdrawals. However, please note that payments to and from international banking institutions may incur transfer fees associated with the sending and receiving bank that is independent of FIXIO. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  
• Credit card withdrawals are only available for credit card deposits. For amounts exceeding this amount, other withdrawal methods must be used.
  
  
• If you have deposited funds into your trading account using a credit card in the past 60 days, all withdrawals will be processed as a refund to the same credit card, unless the deposit in question has already been settled by credit card.
  
  
• Unforeseen circumstances, such as delays in withdrawal times, may occur.

• When withdrawing funds using SticPay, you can only withdraw the capital you deposited and the profits earned through transactions. Once the withdrawal process is completed, the funds will be immediately reflected in your STICPAY account.
  
  
• The withdrawal fees are as follows:
  - Bank Transfer: 1.5%
  - Cryptocurrency Transfer: Free
  - SticPay: 2.1% + US$1
