Notice Regarding Spread Discrepancies Across Multiple Trading Accounts

We have received reports of discrepancies in the spreads applied to multiple trading accounts. Please find the details below.

Overview

When opening a new trading account via My Page and selecting the "STP Prime Account" type, it has been observed that an STP-exclusive trading account is created with an additional standard affiliate commission applied to the spread, rather than the intended spread.

Cause

Previously, new accounts were automatically created with a default trading account. However, due to a bug in the newly introduced "Trading Account Selection Option," implemented as part of a CRM system upgrade, this issue has occurred.

Next Steps

Our CRM technical team is actively working on fixing the issue.

Until the issue is resolved, the trading account selection option will be temporarily unavailable during new account creation. New accounts will be automatically assigned the appropriate STP trading account. If you wish to use an ECN trading account, please contact our customer support team.
