In particular, many cases of fraudulent practices have been reported regarding cryptocurrency-related launch projects, self-issued tokens, and investment solicitations using decentralized exchanges (DEX).

Engaging in such schemes is extremely dangerous.

Similar schemes have been exposed as fraud cases in the past, resulting in significant losses for many investors. Please do not invest in these schemes under any circumstances.

Characteristics of Fraudulent Investment Schemes:

• Unclear business operations (undisclosed management information, lack of transparency in company registration)
• Promises of exceptionally high returns (“guaranteed principal,” “high returns in a short period,” etc.)
• Network-based recruitment (profit structures requiring you to recruit friends and acquaintances)
• Possible Ponzi scheme (using new investors’ funds to pay returns to existing investors)
